The Voice Behind the Stories

Born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland, Dr. Carli Macgill Loss became co-owner of Epic Orthodontics after moving to Knoxville, Tennessee, with her husband Justin, a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Dr. Loss earned her Bachelor of Science degree from High Point University, her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and her Master of Science in Orthodontics from the University of Kentucky. 

In 2022, she became an officer within the prestigious High Point University Strickland Women’s Leadership Council. Dr. Loss achieved board certification in orthodontics, founded a women’s dental study club, and regularly shares her expertise through lectures for local dental audiences. She gives back to her fellow Knoxvillians through her involvement with the Junior League of Knoxville.
